In Due Time

At that time, Jesus laid down his life to give life to me in him. Likewise, at this time, I ought to lay down my life to raise Jesus in me. Until now, many people have just remained in the faith in redemption, the forgiveness of sins: that our friend Jesus died to save many people.
Even though we knew that greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends, we thought that only our friend Jesus was to lay down his life for his friends. If I know the love of my friend Jesus, who died to save me, shouldn't I also die to raise Jesus in me and to make two love become one?
At this point, the mystery is accomplished, "a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh." If Jesus alone died for me, it is the gospel of one-sided love. In one-sided love, the two cannot become one flesh. In the case of one-sided love, I am in Jesus, but Jesus is not in me. In that case, even though I cry out that I believe in Jesus, there is only me, not Jesus. I was raised in the death of Jesus, but Jesus was not raised in me because there was no my death.
The first man Adam was a living being, who killed his friends for his life, but the last Adam is a life-giving spirit, who dies to save his friends. It is because the first man was of the earth, the second man from heaven. So It is said that first was the natural, and after that the spiritual.
Therefore, no one is to do with the kingdom of God unless he is born again. The living being is the natural and will be hurt by the second death. But the life-giving spirit will not be hurt by the second death because he is the spiritual and died for his friends and put off the flesh. Death has been swallowed up in victory of love.
Our closest friends are our brothers, who are of the same family. And so, Jesus and we are brothers who are all of one God, the Father. Both the one who makes men holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers.
He said, "I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You." And also, "I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God." Jesus and we are true friends and true brothers, who are all of one.
Therefore, we died with him, were buried with him, were raised with him and were seated with him in the heavenly places so that we become one with him. Salvation, the fruit of the eternal gospel, is accomplished in that love.
The eternal gospel says, "Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him." And also, "Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory." We will appear with him in glory only if we are in the love in which Christ's life becomes our life.
This is the will of God: We lay down our dishonorable natural life with Jesus, then our new life of the glorious spirit is raised in the love and we will appear with him in glory in that day.
The eternal gospel begins with the large book and ends with the little book. The large book is a book of ten thousand talents that Jesus died for his friends, the little book is a book of a hundred denarii that we also die to raise our friend Jesus in us.
Therefore, the large gospel is that Jesus died to save me in him, the little gospel is that I die to raise Jesus in me. The two become one eternal gospel. Jesus gave half a shekel (ransom) to become one shekel with all men. The eternal true love is that two halves become one. It is written, "For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time." This is the mystery: the two become one flesh. Those in whom the mystery is accomplished and who are joined to the Lord are one spirit with Him.
"Go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And when you have opened its mouth, you will find a piece of money (one shekel); take that and give it to them for Me and you." Amen. thank you, Lord.
