If We Truly Love The Lord

If we truly love the Lord who laid down his life to make us alive, who were dead in our transgressions and sins, we should obey his command. This command is the new covenant in his blood. It is written, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." (John 13:34).
The Lord said, "I tell you the truth, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live." (John 5:25). The voice of the Son of God is the new covenant, that is, the voice of the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. If the dead hear this voice, they will live forever. This command is the Word which was with God from the beginning, as it is written, "In him was life, and that life was the light of men." (John 1:4). And therefore, if those who were dead in their transgressions and sins hear this Word, they will live. It is written, "And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins." (Ephesians 2:1).
It is because the Word of God can make the dead alive. And therefore, the Bible said, "If you love me, you will obey what I command." (John 14:15). And again, "Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him." (John 14:21). And again, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him." (John 14:23). And again, "My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you." (John 15:12).
The one, who heard earlier this voice of eternal life and was raised with the Lord, said, "He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world." (1 John 2:2). And also, "But if anyone obeys his word, God's love is truly made complete in him. This is how we know we are in him." (1 John 2:5). And also, "This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers." (1 John 3:16).
Furthermore, the Bible said about God who sent His only begotten Son in the flesh of man into the world, "This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him." (1 John 4:9). And also, "And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him." (1 John 4:16).
That is the love of Christ; he died on the cross shedding his blood so that he might accomplish the will of God to do away with a natural body and to make a spiritual body live forever. The sin of flesh cannot be ceased without the blood of flesh. Because the blood of animals, which was only a copy of the true one, could not take away sins, God sent His only begotten Son in the flesh of man into the world and took away sins by the blood of his flesh.
It is written, "Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because he who has suffered in his body is done with sin. As a result, he does not live the rest of his earthly life for evil human desires, but rather for the will of God." (1 Peter 4:1-2). And also, "because anyone who has died has been freed from sin." (Romans 6:7). And the Bible said after his body shed blood, "The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says: 'This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.' Then he adds: 'Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more.' And where these have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin.'" (Hebrews 10:15-18).
Therefore, past sins and death are not imputed to those who live in the new command, that is, love. And so, the Bible said, "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?'" (John 11:25-26). Therefore, the Bible says to those who are now in Jesus Christ, "Blessed are they whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will never count against him." (Romans 4:7-8). Likewise, in this world, when a currency reform is carried out, the old currency will become obsolete from that time.
It is because both death and sin passed away through the flesh of His Son. It is written, "The last enemy to be destroyed is death." (1 Corinthians 15:26).
And so the Bible said, "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death." (Romans 8:1-2).
The law of the Spirit of life is the law of grace and truth, and the law of sin and death is the righteousness of conscience and the law. And therefore, the Bible said, "For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ." (John 1:17). And also, "If the ministry that condemns men is glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings righteousness!" (2 Corinthians 3:9). And again, "Moses was faithful as a servant in all God's house, testifying to what would be said in the future. But Christ is faithful as a son over God's house. And we are his house, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast." (Hebrews 3:5-6).
Our courage and the hope of which we boast is only about the cross of Jesus Christ, who proclaimed the law of the Spirit of life to us through the voice of blood. Therefore, we all together participate in this testimony: "May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world." (Galatians 6:14).
Therefore, "And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother." (1 John 4:21). Amen. Thank you, Lord.
